BUT, if you do none of these things you can't:

• have the pleasure of the company of some of British Club Racing's most talented single seater drivers
• enjoy the sparkling wit and repartee of the Monoposto Club
• be entertained by, and collect your prizes from, Toby Moody, renowned motorsport commentator - one of the rare sort who is both funny AND knows what he's talking about
• have a good meal and a drink or two (and in many cases, three, four, five, six, seven, eight...)
• marvel at how the socially disfunctional, strange looking drivers you see filling the paddock seem to have remarkably charming and beautiful other halfs
• dance to the music of Ewen Sergisson's Mate's disco (he's highly recommended by Ewen, which counts for a lot when you think how good he was at Rockingham)
• laugh at the dancing style of normally suave Monoposto drivers
• be astounded at the value for money at £37 a head
