A Request for Information

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am hoping you, or one of your members, may be able to help me please?

I own a single seater called a "Jomo", built by Keith Vickery of Birmingham in 1966, and am trying to research it`s history.

It was used in Monoposto, on and off, until approx 1970 when it was sold by it`s then owner, Peter Danby, to a chap by the name of Nicholas Dawson. Apparently this is stated in the spring 1971 edition of "Startline".

I would love to speak with Mr Dawson regarding his memories of the car, and also to confirm who he sold it too (David Bassett?), but am having difficulty in tracing him. I believe he may have lived somewhere north of Slough when Peter Danby sold the car to him.

I was wondering if you would have any records/membership lists for the 1970/71 time, or whether you would be able to point me in the direction of someone who may be able to help me.
