Monoposto Racing Club AGM

The Club’s AGM will be held at Tewkesbury Park Hotel Saturday on 20th February 2010 at 2.30pm (tea and biscuits at 2.15pm). This is a key opportunity for Members to be directly involved in the way the Club is run. The formal part of the Agenda includes reports on the Club’s finances, our activities during 2009, and the election of Officers.

After the formal proceedings there will be an open Forum session at which Members can ask questions or raise issues relevant to the Club, for discussion. In order to enable us to prepare for this it would helpful if Members could email a summary of their questions/issues to me at admin@monoposto.co.uk at least a week before the AGM (This doesn’t need to be a full verbatim text, just enough to let us understand what issue you want to bring up). This will let us schedule the proceedings better, and also research any factual information relevant to the issues at hand – for example what MSA regulations have to say about an issue. If you don’t send in your question/issue beforehand you can still raise it at the Forum, but it will be scheduled after any pre-notified items.

I know from talking to Members throughout the year that many of us have ideas about how the Club can improve, or questions about the way we do things at present, so please do take this opportunity to air your thoughts!
