OK, so even by our standards it's a weak headline. But since we had the same query from 2 people we thought that an apology was in order. Due to an oversight we haven't linked to Andrew Cliffe's rather splendid Racing Exposure websites. Sorry. These come in 2 varieties:

The Monoposto Gallery - the event-by-event picture show which everybody liked so much in prior years. It can be found at www.racingexposure.com/mono2010, though if you're as lazy as me you'll use the link on the front page of Startline.

Racing Exposure Blog - All that's best in British Club Motorsport including reports from Andrew himself and a team of loyal reporters. Andrew has refused a six-figure offer from Haymarket for the rights to the site. Or maybe not, but it is excellent anyway. www.racingexposure.com/blog. Again, linked from the front page of Startline.

Timing Solutions Live Timing Whilst slumping untidily on the pitwall at Thruxton, I was looking at the live timing on my mobile telephone. As a couple of people asked me about it, I thought there may be one or two who don't know about it. The following works on a suitable mobile with 3g internet connection and also at home on the laptop/desktop/mac.

Go to www.tsl-timing.com/?loc=club&season=2010&series=MSVR&event=club (or just navigate your way through to club results/MSVR or events diary from the TSL home page) and then go to the page where they're covering that day's event. At the bottom of the screen there's a button called "Live Timing". When you click that it loads a timing screen every 30 seconds, so you can see how quick your driver is compared with the field. (Note: do not attempt to access this site on your mobile whilst driving your racing car.) If BT have sorted out my mobile phone by Saturday 19 June (a long shot) and I'm not rebuilding my mirrors having fallen over them, I will be delighted to show anybody what I'm talking about if they want to ask (car 8, green).
