Monoposto Baking Grand Prix 2010

The first Monoposto Baking Grand Prix saw intense competition from 17 entrants. BGP organiser Sarah Fern and the two Judges-of-Fact, Dave Hirst and Simon Davey, were extremely impressed by the standard of preparation of the entries.

Results were determined by a two part scoring system, with points out of ten awarded for presentation and for texture/taste. The first four competitors crossed the finish line in a dead heat, so these four took part in a run-off to determine the podium positions.

Congratulations to all the entrants – the standard was really high and everyone enjoyed eating the competing exhibits afterwards…
