a legend in its own teatime, the Monoposto Baking Grand Prix attracted a
top line entry to the impressive Brands Hatch GP Circuit venue.
The 20 entries were expertly judged by Monoposto catering professionals
Mike Hinman and Gerry Hughes, using the established two-part scoring system,
with points awarded for Presentation and for Texture/Taste.
